To conduct a Rotary Foundation Seminar during the Rotary Year and to motivate and inspire Rotarians carry out club and district service projects that fully utilize the opportunities provided by the Rotary Foundation.
To communicate progress in achieving Foundation goals to Rotarians in the District, to continually educate and inform members about Foundation Programs and to assist clubs in participating in Foundation programs.

Group Study Exchange Committee
This committee plans and administers the annual exchange with another Rotary district of four non-Rotarians and one Rotary leader who visit our district for four to six weeks and identifies and coordinates the selection of our outbound team who goes out to another country for four to six weeks.
